Nous vous annoncions en fin de semaine dernière l'absence de la formation phare  aAa au ladder pourtant prometteur CSSL. Les triples A avaient alors justifié ce choix par un manque de temps, et on supposait alors légitimement qu'ils se préparaient aux futures échéances en LAN que sont la Gamer's Assembly et la LAN 79.

Mais nous apprenons aujourd'hui que le roster le plus titré de France va prendre part à la GBGL, qui vient d'ouvrir un ladder européen pour CSS.

En effet, le célèbre site britannique a décidé de se mettre à CSS, comme l'annonce ce communiqué officiel (pour les anglophones) :

With Counter-Strike:Source getting bigger and bigger day by day, its time for the Great British Gaming League to 'go with the flow'. With that being said, we are happy to annouce that our Invite Division, which is supported by SteelSeries and INX-Gaming, will be going live on the 19th(Thursday) of April which will contain some of the best teams in europe, including the likes of fnatic, reason-gaming & aAa.

The Great British Gaming League will also be accepting applications to the INX-Gaming Premier Division which will be looking to go live on the 16th(Monday) of April. For teams who are looking to apply for this division, you have to register your team, get 5 players on your roster then go into 'Team Management' then 'Manage' next to your team then 'Leagues and Ladders' - there you can submit a league application.

Not only will the GBGL be holding these two division, but we will also be holding a 16team cup which will kick off on the 22nd of this month. The cup will be single elmination with the winner recieving 5x Steelpad S&S. To apply for this cup please message WilsoN in #TSIL

The map rotation for the SteelSeries invite division and the INX-Gaming Premier division is stated below;
Week 1: de_inferno
Week 2: de_cpl_mill
Week 3: de_dust2
Week 4: de_train
Week 5: de_contra
Week 6: de_cbble
week 7: de_season
week 8: de_nuke
week 9: de_strike_rc4


The map rotation will be similar to the cup event.

First round: de_inferno
Second round: de_cpl_mill
Semi-finals: de_dust2
Final: best of 3 ( team chooses one map each - game will be shoutcasted and played at 8PM GMT )

La compétition principale, baptisée SteelSeries Invite, regroupera dix équipes de très haut niveau, bien qu'on puisse regretter entre autres l'absence de  vG ou encore  aTTaX.

La présence des  aAa dans une compétition de si haut niveau peut aisément justifier leur absence de la CSSL, bien que l'ensemble de la communauté regrette ce choix.
