Hi,

All 5 of my computers could see the NAS on the LAN using my old Asus RT-N56U router. Upon upgrading to a new Asus RT-AC68U router, one PC out of five cannot see the NAS on the network or access DSM. NAS: DS1512+ with DSM 5.1-5022 Update 2
PC that can't see NAS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1 PCs that can see NAS: Windows 8.1 64-bit (2 desktops, 1 laptop) and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1. I have tried rebooting the culprit Win7 PC multiple times, rebooting the NAS, and doing some other basic things like uninstalling recent Windows 7 updates and turning off the firewall. When I go into Network from the Windows Explorer, my NAS is visible, and I can even click it and see all the shared folders. However, I cannot see inside any shared folder or access the NAS via 192.168.1.**. Interestingly enough, DSM shows in the logs that the Win7 PC is accessing the NAS. Any suggestions would be appreciated before I get to the nuclear option of restoring or reinstalling Windows.
